Elon Musk doesn't seem enthused with OpenAI's most recent model, Sora, even though tech aficionados are praising it.
On Thursday, OpenAI presented Sora, a new text-to-video AI model. With this new tool, users may type whatever prompt they want in the textbox to create films up to one minute in length. Tech aficionados were eager to come up with other ideas for prompts, but Elon Musk didn’t appear to be impressed. The creator of SpaceX seems to have made some serious jabs at Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI.

The inventor of Tesla, however, seemed a bit less enthused when he posted a screenshot on social media that made fun of Altman, Sora, and OpenAI. A strange prompt request that said, “A guy turning a non profit open source company into a profit making closed source company,” was screenshotted and posted by Elon Musk.
In response to Altman’s tweet, “We’d like to show you what sora can do, please reply with captions for videos you’d like to see and we’ll start making some,” X user DogeDesigner published the prompt. With more than 6.9 million views to far, Musk’s sardonic tweet has sparked amusing comments from online users.

The OpenAI CEO was just as excited about the launch of Sora and presented films made using the new model his organization had developed. Even a direct request from X, a former Twitter user, which said, “Two golden retrievers podcasting on top of a mountain,” was fulfilled by Altman.
